You may return your item within 14 days if unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping and customs fees are at your expense. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hand-stitching is the most traditional and labor-intensive method we use. At the same time it is meditative and calming. You can often watch us stitch by hand right here in our Florence workshop.

-If wet: Let it dry naturally. Our bags are already waterproof — no need for additional treatment.

-If dry: Apply a small amount of natural hand cream to the leather surface to keep it soft and moisturized.

-Attention: Be careful with ink stains and greasy stains (like food oil) — leather absorbs them, and they cannot be removed.
