All our leather goods are handmade either in our workshop / store or in the province of Florence. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in color, texture, or stitching are a natural result of artisanal production. These are not defects, but part of the charm of handmade craftsmanship.
 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We accept secure payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other available options at checkout.
 

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number.
Florencia Store is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
 

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
