CONNECTED BY THE LOVE FOR ARTISTIC CRAFTS
Our story began when we met while working as sales assistants in a leather goods store in Florence. We discovered that we shared common ideas and a desire to create something of our own. So, after saving up, we decided to start a business, opening a store and a company. In the beginning, we sold products from external suppliers, but we felt they didn’t truly reflect our vision and personality, because we wanted to create something different from what’s commonly available. We were searching for a kind of craftsmanship that wasn’t just handmade, but also had an artistic soul—something that stood out from the usual artisan production, which, though beautiful, we felt wasn’t expressive enough from an artistic point of view.
Through Artistic Craft, we found each other—as life partners and as soulmates in our shared creative sanctuary.
Pouria
PASSION AND LOVE FOR CRAFTSMANSHIP
Since he was a child, Pouria dreamed of becoming a fashion designer and has always worked in the fashion industry. In Tuscany, he studied bag making under the guidance of the renowned master Lorella Ceccanti, learning the art of creating leather goods. This allowed him to develop unique and authentic products, marking the beginning of a brand that expresses Pouria's and Marcella's creativity and vision of beauty, art, and craft.
Marcella
SOULFUL ARTISTIC SENSIBILITY
Marcella, on the other hand, has a background in Italian ballet dance, but she has always had a deep passion for art in all its forms. She assists Pouria in creation of each product, bringing her unique sensitivity to the essence of the brand. Her background in ballet inspires her creative process—she infuses every piece with the grace and fluidity of dance, crafting elegant movements through stitching and merchandising.
Katie
KIND WELCOMING GUIDE
Katie is a vital part of our team. While she warmly welcomes visitors, her role extends far beyond hospitality. She has learned bag-making techniques, including precise hand-stitching, directly from Pouria, and has become an extension of his craftsmanship. Through her hands, his teachings take shape — making her an active and essential part of the creation process. Her dedication is present in every detail.

We owe a huge thank you to Lorella Ceccanti, a renowned Bag Making Specialist and Pouria’s teacher & mentor. Her guidance and deep technical knowledge helped shape our craft. In 2024, Lorella worked closely with Pouria to refine the designs for our precious Rose Collection — and that’s why one of those bags proudly carries her name: Lorella.
And finally, our heartfelt thanks to the Florentine craftsmen families who’ve collaborated with us to create some of our signature pieces — including our buttery soft leather jackets and fine leather accessories. Their generations of skill and tradition are woven into the quality of everything we make.
