For all other destinations, shipping is €30, and orders above €400 ship free worldwide.

You may return your item within 14 days if unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping and customs fees are at your expense. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hand-stitching is the most traditional and labor-intensive method we use. At the same time it is meditative and calming. You can often watch us stitch by hand right here in our Florence workshop.

- If wet: Pat dry with a clean cloth, air dry away from heat or sunlight.

- If dry: Apply a small amount of natural wax.

- If dirty: Use natural leather cleaner suitable for your item.
