Returns & Exchanges
 

We truly hope you will love your Florencia piece — but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
 

  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
